Blood Crawler lets players control multiple characters- from Kruller, Rayne, John, and Lunaflare- who escaped a secret research facility named the Garden of Light, where war orphans have been subjected to inhumane experiments. Fighting to shut down similar laboratories, they soon find themselves smack in the middle of fierce fighting between two warring continents.

Blood Crawler features classic turn-based combat stylized with an innovative AP system and immersive real-time 3D exploration. Each character has specific abilities in the field necessary for puzzle solving and advancing the storyline. The narrative creates an emotionally charged storyline, including fully voiced cinematic cutscenes (partial voice acting) alongside well-crafted 3D intimate scenes.

NTR and adult themes are meant to be enjoyed by around 20 story-associated event scenes and another 20 intimate action trigger scenes. Some are mandatory for the progression of the plot, while skipping can be allowed if the players so choose.
