“Castle of Shikigami III” is the PC version of the third installment of the Shikigami Castle series, which was released in arcades back in 2006. The game features various characters, each with their own unique normal attacks, shikigami attacks, special moves, and different speeds. You can choose either the first or second attack style, both providing different effects per character, allowing for various approaches to combat. Two-player action is also supported in the game. (It has remote play together! Play with Shikigami fans from around the world!) Each character also has a different history, highlighted through story demos that come right after release and before and after levels.

Also, when you play with a friend, the story and situations change depending on the character pairs you choose. There are three types of attacks: normal attacks, shikigami attacks, and special moves. The rapid-fire attack has a wide range, allowing you to defend yourself by depending on it in battle. When the Tension Bonus System is full, it becomes a high-tension attack, which raises speed and damage. Though this attack slows down your pace, it automatically collects coins that appear.
