Trapped in the Abyss
You’re an old dreamer stuck in the Great Abyss, the vast underworld beneath the Dreamlands. With whatever gear you can scavenge—like weapons, armor, and supplies—you’ve got to navigate this spooky underworld and find a way back to the upper Dreamlands or even the Waking World.
Choose Your Path
Combat’s a big deal here, but it’s not your only option. You can use stealth, sweet-talk the locals, or mix up your approach to get through the challenges the underworld throws at you.
Old-School Vibes
Cyclopean takes a page from early CRPGs like Ultima and Questron. When you’re outside dungeons, you get a top-down 2D view, but once you enter a dungeon, it flips to a 3D, first-person view. Pretty neat, right?
Pick Your Dreamer
At the start, you’ll get a random dreamer with basic skills and gear. If they’re not up to your standards, hit reroll until you find one you like. You’ll have a bunch of posh English gentlemen to choose from, each with their quirks and alliances.
